Great location, eating keeps what it promises, service friendly but somewhat rare

I had been looking forward to one or two cocktails in a rooftop bar, as I have already visited some and enjoyed it. the weather didn't play properly, but the union was even less. first you did not want to acknowledge my reservation at all, then there was allegedly no free table, and when I had both boxed through, the service was still uninterested. but the prices are still salted. never again!

I don't usually give reviews, but this isn't different. I waited 1 hour until someone came to me to pick up my order. then I waited another hour until the food was there it was completely different than I wanted it! I didn't want to worry about it, and I mentioned it before. when we then made the waitress aware that we want to pay, she took care of others, instead of coming to us, for the first time received further orders, table-cleaned, ordering to the tables.... until we ourselves stood up and had to pay, after 45 min! once and never again.

Eating came wrong after 45 min. we have waited again 45min

Very poor service, despite confirmed reservation was the bar closed. no references to the current opening times.
