The Inn At Belfairs - Leigh-on Sea

I came here two years ago and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. Came here last week and what a transformation. Felt safe as far as social distancing and hand sanitizing went. The staff were friendly and attentive. The menu wasn't massive but there was something there for all of us. The food was tasty, hot and didn't take ages to cook. The ambience is lovely. We will be returning.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the dining experience was truly enjoyable. The Eggs Benedict was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent and prompt. We sat outside in the sun, and we couldn’t have had a better time. It’s also very affordable. A fantastic breakfast overall—thank you! I will definitely be coming back.

We visited after a lovely walk in the sun among the trees for lunch. While the prices are on the higher side, I believe the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparation justifies the cost, especially compared to many other places. The atmosphere was calm, relaxed, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and created a laid-back vibe that truly impressed me and certainly warrants a return visit. The meal was flawless (the only minor issue being that there were almost too many laughs, but that's a silly complaint), the coffee was quite good, and the facilities were immaculate. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great lunch. If the weather is nice, you owe it to yourself to give it a try!
