Will never walk in to that door again, worst service ever, bad attitude with the woman waitress. Food was not good, the MSG in the food make us feel so thirsty throughout the day. Not recommended at all!

We visited with friends for lunch on their recommendation and were not disappointed.Very pleased to report that the older lady who it appears is rude and shouts at people was not in evidence and the staff were all friendly and attentive.We shared a variety of dishes all nicely presented and enjoyable.The restaurant was busy at lunchtime and all Chinese but for us which has to be a fair recommendation in itself.A word of warning as mentioned previously, a service charge is included in the bill so unless you're feeling especially generous don't leave a tip on top.

What a cracking place we've found. I've walked past this place for years but never again. The staff were so friendly even though the place was packed. Great atmosphere for lunch time as well. The food was beautiful we had crispy duck starter then the mains came out. Filet steak Cantonese style (a first) was awesome. We will be going again no doubt about that. First class..

I called here on Tuesday for lunch as I saw they now have a Special Lunch Time Menu. There Is a very good choice ata very good price.

I have to say another fantastic meal here at Shanghai moon. Authentic cuisine and good service. Best Chinese restaurant I know.
