Saray Mangal - Leicester

Eating was very good, especially the seafood and they get so much it is hard to eat it, but we did, beautiful restaurant and friendly staff

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, with a rude waitress and a manager who was more interested in chatting with other guests than tending to customers. The food took forever to arrive, with most of the menu items unavailable. When we finally got our food, it was rushed and the manager tried to take it away to add a special sauce. The food itself was decent, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. When it came time to pay, we were informed that it was cash only, even though we had paid by card in the past. The manager gave us a hard time when we asked for the card machine, and the change we received was incorrect. We will not be returning to this restaurant and recommend going to Konak for good Turkish food in Leicester.

Will never ever go again, the chef who we think is the owner was extremely rude when showed the hair we found in the food. food was hard , had to leave and eat else where because of the way we were treated, also found...he was very rude to the poor lady that was working there

Few weeks a go i ordered some kunefe for takeway. It's was probably the worst ever kunefe I tried. Its cold, doesn't taste fresh. I will never go there again.

I didn't have much time, but decided to stop in for some mint tea. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food looked delicious and I would love to come back and try it. Thank you.
