I called in the morning to place an order and informed the staff that I would arrive to pick it up at around 12:30. When I arrived at that time, my order wasn't ready. I was then asked to come back in an hour due to a staff shortage. I complied, but when I returned, my order was still not prepared. I ended up waiting another 10 to 15 minutes.

I have been a regular at this restaurant for years, and the lady owner always greeted customers with a warm smile. She would heat up the samosas and kachoris and serve them with chutney, making everyone feel welcomed and cared for. She even encouraged you to try different dishes. Unfortunately, during my recent visits, she hasn’t been around, and her daughter and staff have taken over. The change in atmosphere is noticeable; instead of a friendly greeting, I was met with indifference, and asked, "What do you want?" Just two days ago, I left with cold samosas and kachoris, and there were no chutneys served. I've also noticed a steady increase in prices for thali dishes like shak and dal, making them less competitive compared to other places. If you're experiencing similar changes, I recommend seeking out other restaurants where you can pay less and receive better customer service. I personally won't be returning again.

I stopped by to purchase a variety of snacks to freeze at home, and I also ordered a couple to eat right there. The lady warmed them up for me and generously provided plenty of chutney. She was very helpful and made sure that everything I ordered was vegan. This was my first visit, but I will definitely return! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Thank you!

If you want some nice Indian savoury snacks and sweets, then you should go here. It is a takeaway. I think you can call in advance, but we've always ordered at the till. Place is clean. Staff interaction could be a bit more pleasant and queue system could be better, but I'd go again and I'd recommend.

If you buy samosas or kachories online be careful they do NOT send red or green chutney with the order, and yet they show the photo of the item on their website with chutney to entice you to buy the product with small disclaimer small print else where saying chutney will not be sent on online order, they take your money and NO refunds.
