Nando's Chickenland - Leicester

We split a whole chicken between four of us and each got our own sides, and we all had plenty to eat. Ordering through the app is faster than waiting in line, especially when the restaurant is busy. Our food arrived promptly and was served hot. The staff were very friendly.

During the visit I was served by anne and I had made the voucher all wrong and instead on my eating longer she got kitchen to start cooking it and then came over to help me do it. anne went beyond and beyond to make my friends and my friends evening. will definitely come back for anne service

Poor service. they say they wait hours minutes when they come to the table, they report that they need to wait a few minutes. the tables are empty and the staff works on cooktops without hair nets. a worker. a chocolate with fruits. not to the restaurant if they have an erdnus allergy. if the photo shows a bag of müll as a door stop not sure how clean the back of the restaurant is. the chicken was over boiled and the salat looks like yesterday had been made.

I enjoyed my birthday dinner with colleagues. the standard of the food was excellent and the waiting time was not too bad.

In this restaurant there had always been a waiting time for a table, still before covid times. So we were not surprised to say that there was a waiting time when we arrived. but we didn't expect a minute to wait. Nevertheless, we have entered the virtual...que by scanning the Qr code that is displayed outside the restaurant and remaining for a table positiw faster than said. we were offered a table after about mins, which was brilliant as we waited longer than this before, so the moral does not expect to wait a long time as the app tells them. After we have informed us about the ordering and service agreements, we were shown on our table. Order and pay them via the qr code on the table. no need to move from their table. the waitress bought our tellersauce and drinks included refilling. the food came fast. much faster than before and d was delicious as usual. all in all a much better experience than Pre-Covid. I hope they will accept some of these ideas in the long term.
