Caffe Nero Leicester Gallowtree

I love coffee from nero! excellent service, the best place to meet with friends, partner or family.

We have let ourselves in as a family of 5 for coffee and cake. it is a really beautiful environment and has an excellent selection of cakes and drinks. used these chain loads of time before, but for the first time in leicester we will definitely visit again.

This is a consistently good coffee shop for a chain. the coffee is as much better than the coffee of the other chain, and almost as good as some independent coffee shops, as the merchant of venedig at the railway station. the staff is always friendly and helpful. was there. just after the early opening at 7 o'clock and the staff was directed to the opening. not 10 minutes later like some coffee shops.

The staff that served me was nice and efficient. they kept the place as clean as they could eat for lunch. I would have visited here repeatedly if I was back in town. keep good work

Rude staff. I was with my partner and a friend who was visiting from The Netherlands. We were made to feel very uncomfortable. The good thing is they have a fast turnover so hopefully things will improve.
