I left the restaurant and went to another today not because they did not accept to replace adana kebap with the lamp kebap, but because...of the kind we were treated it was easy, we just take care of the door is there. they could have customers now, but on a long time they will lose them gradually.
Friendly staff and welcomes to sit. a few free nibbles and suppe brought to the table that was very delicious! this will be my new local tasty bites at my lunch breaks. amazing!
See this place in leicester, near where we parked in lidl, and randomly in. we were blown away. amazing eating. that is worth from the charts. we had a plaque and had enough to dinner between a family of four. love the kohlengeschmack. and the service was great. highly recommended. really nice touch with suppe as they arrive, and then the series of starters and netzen was excellent.
I was in this restaurant a few times, I'm never disappointed or hungry! as a family we always order the sharing plate it not disappointed at all, we always come with box eat because we. to be full to eat it all! Warm suppe serves them as soon as they sit, restaurant is always warm friendly service. I always have a Turkish tee after that. I will be back
After it is renovation during the lockdown of Leicester City, I and my family were very excited to go again as we were regular customers. The atmosphere became great, customer services still very poor even there were many waiters/waitresses which not important as were many...without how to provide great customer services, greetings, eye contact and smile that we did not see during this visit. Since we became disappointed with our safety of to be in closed place with many people around, we decided to do take away orders and one waitress refused to provide us our favorite soup including in our order but she wanted to charge us even we were regular customers for many years and we have informed the cashier man about it but he started to give me many excuses and histories which we do not want to know at time of our order payment. The price increased too high extra from regular dish and when we arrived back home, we were frustrated on the order, the quantity of food is not the same as it was before and two different started dish were missing. We thought that customers must to pay their renovations costs? Come on! We decided to not go to this restaurant never ever for reasons of price increased higher compare the local markets that we may have open buffet for the price charged us, poor customer service, waitress was very rude and not professional did not want to take in consideration that we are regular customers, cashier (older Male) did not want to listen our feedback and started to speak another subject rather then to listen his customers needs, quantity of food is less compared before lock-down of city and the most weird issue is my child found a hair with the food. The management must understand that when their customers arrived to their outlet, they want to feel a warm welcomed, serve them properly, listen to theirs needs and make them happy to come back because they are the ambassadors of their business. However, This is my point of view as I have experienced years of Food and Beverage including customer services. This restaurant needs strong and knowledge management to be successful not the renovations. I want delicious dish and feel welcomed even in small table in street. I believe this restaurant not highly recommended for many reasons mentioned in my feedback but I wish all the best of luck to owner and management.
