Woody's -b-q - Lehigh Acres

Was really looking forward to eating there to hope that Lehigh maybe had an alternative to Sonny’s locally. We tried the Carolina pulled pork, brisket, baked beans and Mac and cheese. None of it blew us away and was either bland or has a strong taste of vinegar. We did try the the banana pudding and key lime pie which were both good. The staff was very nice and it wasn’t busy so the food came quickly.

Not as good as I heard it was. Average at best. Not a fan of the meat cuts. Cole slaw sucked. Edit, down to a 2. My roommate went and got our food because he wanted to try it. My cheddar burger with mushrooms was just a regular burger... and it was so grill charred that it tasted burnt. Southwest salad was decent. I have no idea why people like this place...

Today for lunch. everything was super fast and delicious. I had the combo with the carolina pulled pork and the turkey breast that came with two sides and brot. for $8.99 this is a pretty good lunch when they ask me! our server was fast and attentive, overall great experience!

It was my wife’s birthday tonight and we were really looking forward to trying this restaurant out for the first time. We got the chicken feast, wings, and the Hawaiian burger. The chicken that was cut up into pieces was extremely dry. The wings were good. The Hawaiian burger tasted good. The sides that came with the chicken feast were so small it was the same portion as a side for my Hawaiian burger. The garlic toast just tasted like toast there was no hint of garlic on it at all. I am extremely disappointed

This place is fantastic! eating is the same good quality, slowly boiled bbq that they would expect from the name woody. the babyback ripening fell from the bone and had amazing taste. great service and 20% discount for military. my only suggestion would be to extend the beer menu to include some local craft brews. we're coming back!
