Every time I encounter him, I receive the best customer service I've experienced at any fast food chain. If Wendy's had a customer service training program, Todd would surely be featured in it. If anyone from this Wendy's sees this review, please take a moment to thank Todd for his outstanding work and encourage him to keep doing what he does!
I took my daughter on a small outing, as she was craving chicken nuggets. **Location:** ★★★★★ Wendy's has a great location—it's somewhat tucked away, but I consider it a hidden gem. **Price:** ★★★★★ For a fast food burger joint, the prices are quite competitive with others in the area. I really enjoy their 4 for $4 deal. This time, however, I opted for the $5 Bacon Double Stack Biggie Bag. It was delicious, complete with chicken nuggets, fries, a double-stack bacon burger, and their exclusive Rick and Morty Mello Yello flavor, Portal Time Lemon Lime. I felt a bit guilty, though, as our daddy-daughter date had to end early due to my wife's urgent plans with a family friend. I highly recommend downloading their app. You can earn points with each visit, and they often have special offers. I got a free 6-piece nugget meal with my purchase, which was a nice bonus. **Service:** ★★★★★ One part of the experience that really touched my heart was that my daughter and I intended to dine in. Unfortunately, there was a sign in the window explaining that they were closed for indoor dining due to staffing issues. I have a lot of respect for the team working there. They were true heroes, doing their best under tough circumstances. I remember being understaffed in the past, working hard but often facing frustration from customers. I appreciate the dedication that these workers showed.
I also admire that they've hired some employees with disabilities. One of the front staff members, despite her challenges, was incredibly attentive, coming around to our table asking if we needed anything else. I’ve rarely experienced such high-quality service from able-bodied staff elsewhere!
We go through this drive thru quite often and it is usually fast and easy. But we just walked in and were helped by Jeff. He was so friendly, outraged, helpful and simply everywhere had a great experience because of his great service!
