Every time I order from this restaurant, they mess up. Last time, they forgot half of my order. Tonight, I ordered 5 items and they only brought one taco and no drink. It's almost laughable how bad their service is at this point.
This is my second or third time ordering, and they always forget the sauces.
This Breakfast Crunchwrap Sausage is possibly my favorite fast food breakfast item Ive ever had. No expectations from Taco Bell and they smacked in the face and said here have this.
I will never order from any Taco Bell location again after my experience at this place. The customer service was extremely rude and today's encounter was the worst yet. They refused to allow me to pick up my mobile order inside, claiming I was in a drive-thru line with 25 cars, even though I was scheduled for pick-up. These actions were not COVID precautions, just employees unwilling to do their jobs. Additionally, Taco Bell's marketing tactics are questionable, as they frequently remove popular items or make them exclusive to the mobile app. After a year-long break from Taco Bell, I have decided to make it a permanent hiatus. The service here is unacceptable, even with COVID as an excuse.
