Service was okay, food was not good, not hot, not well put together,

Showed up and ordered around 6:25 inside was told 10 to 15 minute wait for chicken, got the chicken at 7:05 and it was UNDERCOOKED !!! Drive thru was the priority so seemed like forever but then to finally get it undercooked was VERY disappointing. From now on, will go to the Orem Utah location Never the American Fork one.

Extremely disappointed. The burritos are insultingly small. They look like what dollar menu burritos used to look like. Also, my “avocado” burrito didn’t have any avocados or guacamole at all! I asked for multiple salsas and they gave me one which is only enough salsa for a single bite!My burrito looked like it was put together by a toddler. I opened the wrapper and it completely fell apart. The tortilla was in pieces and had no form or way to eat it other than with a fork.I will NOT be returning. Save your money and frustration.

I placed an order through their website and it was supposed to be delivered by doordash. When my order was delivered it was nowhere to be found and I was never contacted. I called door dash and they stated they couldn 't help me because I ordered through the PL website so they had to refund me, it made no sense because it was their driver that messed up. Anyways the nice lady I spoke to from the PL restaurant offered to remake the food and deliver it herself and SHE DID! I am super grateful for all the extra effort they put in to help me even though it wasn 't their fault. THANK YOU!

Excellent service, Alejandro, the girl who served us was very kind, answering all our questions and offering us excellent service, as well as the food being delicious, highly recommended.
