Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Lehi

I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. The food was nothing special—just your typical sandwich—but the service was a major issue. First, despite the fact that there were only two employees and no other customers, it took 30 minutes to get my two cold sandwiches. Second, the woman who took my order repeated it back to me three times and still got it wrong. I ordered two turkey sandwiches: one without cheese or mayo, and the other with everything plus spicy mustard. Instead, I received a Bobbie sandwich with no mayo and a turkey sandwich with mayo and mustard. I was completely perplexed by the mix-up. I will never return to this place again.

I ordered online for pickup and was surprised to find there was about a 20% surcharge for doing so. I had a chicken parmesan sandwich, but it seemed like the chicken had been sliced hours earlier, making it a bit dry. I also ordered a beef and bleu salad, but unfortunately, it didn’t contain any beef. By the time I opened the salad and noticed this, the restaurant had closed for the evening. My son had a turkey sandwich, which he said was good. I hadn't been to a Capriotti's in years and was excited to find one near my hotel, but this experience left me disappointed.

This was my first time eating at Capriotti's. We were road tripping through Utah and craving a sandwich. I enjoyed the Capistrami and my hubby liked the Italian. Pastrami and coleslaw are so good on a sandwich.

My classic stake n cheese was so freaking delicious. I WILL be back!!!

It should be against the law to make sandwiches as slowly as this place does. There was no one else here except for me, and it took 30 minutes for my order to be ready.
