Braza Grill - Lehi

I had a work lunch meeting at this restaurant and it was my first visit, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. I reserved a table for our group a few days ahead of time and spoke with Isabella, who was incredibly friendly. She even went out of her way to help me by storing a cake in her fridge for a surprise birthday celebration for a colleague during our lunch! We were given a fantastic table, and the server frequently came by to bring us hot meat. The salad bar was fresh and had a good variety. Overall, we had a great time here!

I’ve been to three other Brazilian steakhouses, and this one had the best service and food, no contest. The meat was cooked exactly to my liking, and the salad bar was delightful. I noticed some reviews mentioned that the salad bar is too small, but I disagree. You shouldn't waste too much valuable stomach space on that when there’s so much amazing meat to enjoy! I had a small salad, some appetizers, and some delightful broccoli from the salad bar. It was the perfect meal and a wonderful way to wrap up my business trip.

Unfortunately, our waitress was really lacking. She only came to our table a couple of times, and after that, we saw someone else just to get our check. Meanwhile, the table next to us, which had four people, received several drink refills from the same waitress. We found that really frustrating, as our drinks were never refilled, and we weren’t even asked if we wanted more sodas. It felt like the table just a few meters away was getting a lot more attention. We expect good food and service when we dine out, and in this case, it just didn’t meet our expectations.

The food was very good. The service was not so attentive. The price was exaggerated. I'm not going back. Food is great! EDIT: I am talking about this review because I was contacted by Braza Grill about my bad experience. They were polite and wanted to know more about how they could make better in the future. They arranged for us to return to the restaurant to try again. She asked for a chance to make it a better experience. I must say they were very attentive, the service was excellent, the food was great as usual. The meat service was in time. The food is really authentic and like to be in Sao Paulo. I would go back because they gave me a great experience the second time and I think the food quality is worth it!

The quality of the food is amazing. When our group came in we were the only ones there and they were constantly bringing out food which was nice. They have cubes you can turn to show if you want food or not which makes it nice. It's all you can eat and includes a nice salad bar, pastas, bread and of course the meat. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants all you can eat meat at good quality. Very similar to Tucanos.
