Braza Grill - Lehi

Both of them I had eaten here, I ended about an hour later on the toilet. but seriously. they have a good choice, but for me this time the flesh was very well done. literal 3/4 of the meat they put on the table were well done and had no red on the inside. I thought because they were so well done, I would be in order, but safe enough. was on the porcellan thron when I drove back to my house probably not be back.

Way too pricey, even for an all you can eat buffet; I paid around $25 for just myself FOR LUNCH. I believe they exist to make people feel more important than is warranted. They bring around a lot of grilled meats on skewers, thus they are very unsustainable for the planet. If you are a forest clearing, pollutant condoning carnivore, then this is the establishment for you. They do also have some nice dishes in the salad bar: marinated mushrooms and artichoke and a different kind of eggplant salad. Those were a little too oily, but they do have ingredients to build your own salads.

SALTY, but with GREAT service! I won't eat here again. Plain and simple. The food was awful. Really. And it was priced on par with the big players in this arena, but you don't actually know that until AFTER you get the bill. I won't ever go back. Ever. But the one shining star, the reason for two stars and not one star, was their service and staff. They were excellent!

Food was very good. Service was not as attentive. Price was outrageous. I won't be going back. Food is great though! EDIT: I am editing this review because I was contacted by the Braza Grill about my bad experience. They were polite and wanted to know more about how they could do better in the future. They arranged for us to return to the restaurant to try it again. The asked for a chance to make it a better experience. I must say they were very attentive, the service was excellent, the food was great as usual. The meat service was timely. The food is really authentic and just like being in Sao Paulo. I would go back as they gave me a great experience the second time and I think the food quality is worth it!

Several meat offerings were either over salty, or over cooked. The service here is generally mediocre, but usually you can count on decent meat. Not today. Many of the buffet offerings come out of a can. If this was a cheaper alternative to other Brazilian steakhouses, it might be worth a visit, but it is every bit as expensive as Texas de Brasil or Rodizio.
