Baked Bakery Cafe - Lehi

We visited Baked for the first time and absolutely loved it! My wife had the meatball pesto sandwich, which was delicious and quite filling. The sourdough bread is fantastic—it's nothing like the typical stuff you find at the grocery store; this bread is genuinely tasty and fresh. While we were there, one of the owners came over to check on us, and he was very friendly. Since my wife is gluten-free, we were pleased to see that they offer gluten-free options. They have a gluten-free chocolate cake, and they’re also able to wrap any sandwich in lettuce leaves for a gluten-free alternative.

On our last visit, the sandwich bread was harder and drier than usual, and there were no free samples available up front (though I can't really complain too much about free samples, as they usually have them). Regarding their soup, it seems like it's canned, based on its taste and the texture of the vegetables. Most of the time, their service is good, and if the bread you ordered is unavailable, they have notified us and even offered us free bread on two occasions.

The rubies are delightful. The salads and desserts look fantastic, and I plan to try them soon and share my thoughts. I also had the large breakfast sandwich, which was delicious and generously portioned. If that chocolate macaroon tempts me one more time, I might end up too happy—and maybe a bit too fat!

I was very happy with my visit here. I got the Pesto Meatball Sandwich and it was fantastic! I also have a French silk bag I can't stop thinking about. The price was reasonable and the staff was very helpful. Great place!

They have the best rye bread in Provo and a great choice of vegetarian soups and salads l loved the southwest corn and chili soup. The location is convenient right next to the bike trail and about halfway between BYU and UVU. The staff is really friendly too.
