Cape Leeuwin Cafe

We stopped by on a windy, rainy day, the perfect weather for a devonshire tea. The homemade scones were huge, tasty, and satisfying. I highly recommend them.

I was very disappointed by the lack of attentiveness at this restaurant. Waiting several minutes for a simple coffee was unacceptable. It seems like the staff here struggle to make a basic cup of coffee. I also recommend avoiding the carrot cake.

Whether you need sustenance before you climb the lighthouse or after you've done it, there is no better place to go than this café. It has a warm and friendly, homey feel and the food is exactly that way as well. I had a savory...scone which was delightful, my daughter had the biggest cup of coffee every seen. The views from the verandah are lovely.

Before undertaking the steps up steps down food is required and the cafe has a great selection from delicious scones cream jam to hearty soup always served with a smile!
