Taco Bell - Leesburg

I ordered three cheese roll ups and a soft taco, all four were uncooked and cold. How can not even melt cheese and call yourself a cook?

Apparently the feeezes at this location are so good the employees decided to keep them all to theirselves! They haven’t served freezes in over a month which is just great considering this is the only Taco Bell in like a 10 mile radius. I just saw an employee walk out with a freeze and when I ordered one they still told me the machine is broken. When I told them I see someone with one right now they said “it just ran out” lol. I’ve called corporate about this so they already know… I guess Leesburg citizens just have to accept we aren’t good enough for freezes. Thanks Leesburg Taco Bell

It doesn’t matter when you go, this Taco Bell sucks. Even though this is the closest one to me, I would rather drive to one of the locations in Ashburn where the employees are pleasant and they actually get your order right. Tonight I ordered two chicken quesadillas. I got ZERO. Two quesadillas with ZERO chicken in either. Didn’t realize it until I got it home. When I called to talk to the manager whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and demanded to know my name. Why? It’s not like that’s on the receipt. Also, wouldn’t apologize or issue a partial refund. The employees are rude and give attitude for no reason. Good luck getting any salsa packets from them without the employees practically throwing them at you. The food is always sloppy and old, your order will always be wrong or missing something. Avoid this Taco Bell.

If you want to wait 30 minutes for your food that is cold by the time you get it. This Taco Bell is for you. Also, they may even forget your drink. Also, don’t order delivery.

I’ve tried tacos from here twice in the past month. Both times the lettuce tasted off. Like sour/soapy. Did not eat the rest. To conclude both times upset my stomach. I believe their lettuce isn’t probably cleaned and or stored. Could be spoiled.
