Planet Smoothie - Leesburg

I haven't been to this outlet in a long time, and I was very excited to see Auntie Anne's. I love their Cinnamon Sugar pretzels and Garlic Pretzels. I saw the display of food items, and with me being hungry at the time, everything looked delicious. I decided to try their pepperoni pretzel pizza, cinnamon sugar pretzel and a cup of mango lemonade for almost $15. I ate the pizza in the car. It was good, but I wouldn't get it again. The pretzel bread was thick. The Mango lemonade could use more flavor. The cinnamon sugar pretzel was very dense. What a disappointment. The staff was helpful, but could smile more and be more friendlier. The store is very clean and it has a couple of tables outside where people can sit and eat.

This is terrible! I will never purchase anything here again. The customer service is very poor.

I absolutely adore this restaurant because their strawberry lemonade is absolutely to die for! Once someone tries it, they become addicted. The almond pretzel with caramel sauce is my personal favorite. The aroma that fills this place is inviting and will lure you in. You must try everything, you won't regret it!

This is unacceptable! I will not be purchasing anything from this restaurant again. The customer service was terrible.
