Sunday brunch. that was our second trip in three days. it was very relaxing quiet private environment. excellent bottle province! the garnel and grooms were excellent, although the part was somewhat economical. the eggs benedict was delicious. our waitress has made a wonderful task to ensure that our experience was pleasant.

Absolutely my favorite Northern Virginia winery. From the warm welcome by the wonderful owners and staff who treat you more like family than a customer, to the innovative, ever changing seasonal menu to the truly world class wines, that just keep getting better I love Lost Creek.

Beautiful setting for a Food Wine Pairing! We sat outside under the vine-covered loggia, enjoying the music of Gary Smallwood. We opted for the Sip Savor and were delighted by the pairings of whites and reds to the fit-for-foodies food. Every pairing was delicious, including the dessert of hand-crafted chocolates with a flavorful, dry red wine made from merlot grapes. Highly recommend this venue!

THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!! Of course I was a little skeptical virginia wines, seriously? As a Seattlite, and very familiar to all the world class wines the West Coast has to offer, I was shocked to see that northern Virginia had such a burgeoning wine scene. Imaging my surprise when we did their flight of 6 wines (3 whites/3 reds and 4 of them seriously did them proud. And the fact that ALL the grape were locally grown made me even more impressed I was pretty sure the reds had grapes from other places outside of the state (like West Coast vineyards perhaps?? : So yeah, I was impressed and purchased a bottle for my trip home. Secondly, this place has REAL food not just snacks. We brought our A game appetite and the chef did not disappoint, Lost Creek literally has a dynamic duo that did us right with Shrimp and Grits, Sausages, killer cheese plate, and amazing deserts that definitely left our tummies full and very satisfied. We ate our meal outside in the garden area kicking back in comfy wicker chairs and just enjoying the ambiance. So nice. The staff was just as good as the wine and food totally friendly and able to chat up good conversation. They were so welcoming with zero pretentiousness that one can experience in Sonoma. In all, Lost Creek Winery did Northern Virginia proud that day and yes, I will so be back on my next biz trip out there. See you guys in a few weeks!
