Hardee’s - Leesburg

My visit was very pleasant today. First let me just say I love the Halloween decor outside really cute. I was greeted with a smile when I entered and the staff was really nice! They were super busy but the wait wasn’t long at all. My food was hot and fresh and I love the strawberry lemonade so I hope that is kept as your drinks. It was so clean and the restroom was the cleanest I’ve seen in a restaurant in a while. As we placed our order, the cashier kept telling us that they were out of stuff we were attempting to order. We were attempting to order something that was on a big sign in the window of the restaurant. My question is this, why advertise a product if you don’t have it to sell. Take your banner down if you don’t have the product. The cashier was bland and provided us our drinks. She told us to move up to the rail and wait for our order. She never provided us straws. We moved forward as asked, a few moments later she comes out with our order. The order was correct but we still didn’t receive the basics. No straws or ketchup. We asked for those items and she provided them. I said all that to say, check up on your customer service skills. Take care of your customers or they won’t return. This particular store had no one there. It probably wouldn’t be a good thing to drop your customer service when you have no customers. If you advertise a product, have it. Great customer service!! Kivonna helped me with a large delivery order and couldn’t have been friendlier and more professional. The only reason I didn’t rate the atmosphere is bc this order was sent to the destination. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this Hardee’s!
