Dunkin' - Leesburg

Slow. No customer service. Bread is stale on sandwiches, they don’t understand that coffee must be stirred after adding sugar, cream, etc.

Unfortunately Leesburg Dunkin Donuts struggles every visit I have come here… each time I think …extremely long delayed food and multiple times missing items in the order on the receipt…25mins of time and still don’t have our food!

Every time I go I always order the same thing. A refresher and a grilled cheese sandwich. They always forget to grill my sandwich. Like dayum I know those employees are sick and tired. They even make me wait and park upfront. All to get a cold ahh sandwich with two slices of cold freaking cheese. It’s not even like this happened to me once too it’s every single time I go.

Bagels taste either reheated or stale?! My “toasted” bagel today is stiff as a rock and not because it’s toasted, because it’s not. These are not fresh. How is this (photo attached) a toasted bagel with cream cheese????
