Auntie Anne's - Leesburg

I visited this location and found the service to be quite slow. It took 15 minutes for my order to be ready, and the wait was inside the store. The pretzels took an unusually long time to bake, and the final product was disappointing. It seemed like the dough hadn’t been allowed to rest properly before being rushed into the oven. Overall, I would consider this one of the worst Auntie Anne’s locations.

The mini pretzel dogs are decent every now and then, and I can't really complain about the food. However, the staff's lack of manners is shocking. There seems to be zero customer service experience among them. I feel sorry for the owner, as it's such a great location. Unfortunately, today was my last visit to this place.

They wouldn’t let us stand and eat our pretzels near the door to stay warm, yet the staff inside was preparing all the food without wearing masks.

The worst Auntie Annie pretzel we?ve ever had. Cold, old and hard. Staff was barely paying attention. Would not go back.

You can't go wrong with an Auntie Anne's pretzel and the Planet Smoothie with it was an unexpected treat. Very nice employees at both.
