Wendy's - Lee's Summit

The food is great and served hot. The service is quick and friendly. It’s a bit pricey, but you definitely get your money’s worth.

I placed an online order for pickup, and while it indicated that our food was being prepared, we ended up waiting outside for over 30 minutes. We tried calling the store, but the phone just kept ringing. Eventually, my wife became so frustrated that she decided to go inside. They informed her that our order hadn’t shown up on their system, yet they still charged us $40 for it. The manager claimed there was nothing they could do about it. This experience is completely unacceptable.

Randomly closes way before his posted times at his door without information why. Don't go to this facility. Instead, travel to a better one.

My hamburger was hot and fresh, and the French fries were great! However, the soda machine needs some attention, as my drink was flat. Everything else was well-organized and clean!

Food was good, service was fast, but the guy who took orders I'm pretty sure he hates his life. Overall decent experience, I hope someone hugs this guy because he needs it.
