Wanted to love my açaí bowl but it was made incorrectly and when I called regarding the matter who I spoke with wasn’t interested in fixing it. She just told me they probably added to much liquid which isn’t helpful considering I paid for a bowl and was basically given a smoothie. Very disappointed.

Ownership needs to work on: Training employees to greet people when they walk in More staff Remove online ordering because my order has never once been ready when confirmation stated it would be, not even close. On a more positive note, despite customer service needing an overhaul, bowls and shakes are good.
