Dutch Bros Coffee - Lee's Summit

I had HUGE expectations. It was like gas station coffee. Meh. I'd try again. Just run of the mill average coffee. To be fair, I drink black coffee. Pulled up to the drive thru where surprisingly there was only two cars in line. One attendant was out in the parking lot taking orders where she took ten minutes waiting on one car. While the attendant was waiting on the car, at least ten other cars suddenly pulled into the drive thru to be waited on. When it was my turn to order the attendant went to another car and began waiting on a customer who arrived along time after I arrived. My coffee has been excellent every time I have went. Service is super friendly

First time visiting, it lived up to the hype! A friend his family moved to KC, he often mentioned how great Dutch Bros was. I enjoyed my drink, and the service was stellar. Ethan was in store from Oregon, if I'm remembering correctly to help get this new location up and running. He was awesome, and provided the service I was told Dutch Bros is known for! He's definitely an asset to the company. Great overall first experience, I'll definitely be returning.

I got Dutch Bros today for the first time and I am kind of disappointed. I was really wanting to like it but when I got home and started drinking it and it has no flavor like it’s supposed to. I will still go back and try it again. For reference I got the pumpkin cold brew creme brûlée.
