They have their sprinkles and rubber bears labeled vegan. when I asked if their folds were red40, they said “probably”. When I asked for gelatin in her dizzy bears, they checked and their dim bears have gelatine in them! I just finished a cookie monster with the vegan basic made, but it wasn't very delicious. sad to say I won't go back because I don't trust how vegan they really are.

I ordered the Oreo coconut ice cream topped with Oreos. The staff informed me that the chocolate syrup is vegan. When we mentioned we were vegan, they offered to use a separate machine to make the vegan rolled ice cream to prevent any contamination, which was a nice gesture. It seems there may be some confusion with their labeling of vegan items, as I noticed they had erased the "V" next to one item on the chalkboard. However, it's clear they are making an effort to accommodate vegans.

The restaurant labels their sprinkles and gummy bears as vegan, but when I inquired about the ingredients, they couldn't confirm if the sprinkles contained red 40 and it turns out the gummy bears do contain gelatin. I decided to order a Cookie Monster made with the vegan base, but it was not very delicious. Unfortunately, I won't be returning because I am not confident in the authenticity of their vegan options.

The rolled ice cream at this restaurant is excellent. We visit so often that multiple staff members recognize us! All the flavors are delicious, so just choose one and give it a try. We have sampled all the flavors and even some of the seasonal options. The only downside is that there is limited seating inside the establishment. Expect a short wait during peak hours.

Very nice workers. Menu is very easy to navigate. Service is fast. Will return!
