Ichirin Japanese Food - LEEMING

It's a ok experience. Some staff really professional, but the girl who served us at beginning was like day dreaming that forgot give us the menu.. About food, the sashimi really fresh, but others like bento and some sides just can pass. I can understand the unsatisfied service today was cuz the busy hour, but still better to do some improvements for either food quality/ service.

I have lived in the neighbouring suburb for over a decade but have never tried this gem.If I could give more than 5 stars I would.Four of us mums ditched the kids for the evening and came here for girls’ night. As it was my first time here I had no idea what to expect. The restaurant was packed our reservation which was only done a week ago meant that we sat at the bar, but that was explained when we called to reserve.We decided to all have bento box dinners. The food was beautifully executed and the portions are generous and every bite was a joy.A couple of us had the beef gozen bento that changes weekly. And the others had the Ichirin bento.Upon leaving we realised that they do have an omakase menu. One to try for the next time.If you love authentic Japanese food, look no further than this restaurant. If you are planning to go, reserve as early as you can.It’s run by an excellent team.We will definitely be back!

We booked an omakase degustation at Ichirin with much anticipation… but were sadly disappointed. It is overpriced and underwhelming. At $80 per person, we were expecting a selection of the chef’s finest – but had to settle for dishes like spring rolls and sponge cake! It started off quite well with sashimi, but went downhill from there. Not recommended.

AmazIngly good! おいしいThank you so much for the spot on food Came yesterday and has the assorted sashimi and the prawn tempura don. I once ordered the Tendon in Japan, and although it seems like the most simple dish, the flavours were so amazing. So ever since then, I have been looking for a Tendon everywhere and couldn’t find it. This is the first place that I have found it, and it was amaZing!The assisted sashimi was so good, stand out was the raw tuna My only recommendation is to get in early or to book, otherwise you won’t get a seat.Love this place!ごちそうさまでしたThanks for the beautiful meal.

A little hidden gem tucked away in Leeming, it has really blown up recently so try to make a booking. Food is done really well.
