The service at this restaurant was very efficient and had a friendly atmosphere. Jess provided fantastic customer service and we would definitely return.

The food at this restaurant is outstanding and Jess provides excellent service. Not only is Jess quick and pleasant, but she is also very welcoming and accommodating. The food itself was top-notch as well.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Our dishes arrived promptly and our last-minute group reservation was handled without any difficulties. Everyone in the group thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Jess, our waitress, was fantastic.

TGIs used to be a good place to visit for a nice, quick and easy meal out that was never really cheap, but it certainly wasn’t really expensive either. Now, the portions seem to have reduced significantly and the prices have gone up. It’s £21 for sesame chicken strips and chips. That’s all. Nothing else on the plate other than that… for £21! Crazy. A half rack of ribs is also £21 just can’t believe the prices. The food in my opinion is not worth the high prices. The one great thing is the service, the staff are very friendly and welcoming but it’s not enough to make me return.
