Mcdonald's - Leeds

Ordered on the app to collect, pulled up, and the app sent me a notification with the code pressed the notification, and then the app crashed.... Spoke to staff at the window and explained what happened. In the end, the manager came out, and I explained that the money had been taken out of my account and that their app had crashed and won't load anything. I told her I could show the money on my banking app been taken for the order etc however she said I'd have to order again and pay for it again plus I wouldn't get any of the offers I received from ordering through the app. I understand they don't control the app. However, no understanding from them that I was 30 pound out of pocket and told to go via the app for support ..... how can I go through the app if the app has crashed. A few hours later still haven't had my money back.

After half hour of waiting for our order we received cold food. Great Time to switch McDonald's drive through for different one as that wasn't first time.

If you want to wait ages for your food and like it cold, this is the place to go.

Service was bad in the drive thru,then went inside to order anyway and waited 20minutes.worst maccies in leeds

Don't bother with McDelivery here. Poor service. Takes over an hour. Cold food. Should be reported.
