Lorenzos Pizza - Leeds

I used to order from this restaurant frequently, but my recent experience was disappointing. The staff were rude and the food was bland, overcooked, and had something black in the coleslaw. I would recommend going to Domino's across the road instead. Avoid this place at all costs!

Absolute discrace , spoke to us like we’re poo on the bottom of their shoe , wouldn’t reccomend , foods cold too and not nice ...thankyou kind regards.

Ordered pizza had to wait over a hour for then I found a hair I was nearly sick when i saw it when confronted I was refused a refund and spoken to absurdly. Don’t eat here if you want to find hairs on your pizza instead of onions

I placed a telephone order with the owner and was told it would take 50 minutes, but it ended up taking 90 minutes for my order to arrive, and it was missing a bottle of Coke. When I called to inquire about the missing item, I was told it would be sent. However, when the pizzas and chips finally arrived, they were cold. When I called the owner to express my disappointment, I was simply told that it was a busy night and received an insincere apology. I was left feeling frustrated and felt like I had wasted £20. I have been a customer of this shop for 5 years, but I will not be going back due to the owner's poor attitude. I would advise others to avoid this shop and try somewhere else. To the owner, if you happen to read this, I would suggest considering a new career path as your lack of customer service skills leave much to be desired.
