Caffe Ritazza - Leeds

I had a great experience here in the leeds airport café. gui and the two Brazilian ladies (sorry I don't know their names) were absolutely helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Flávio and Jo gave us a smiley greeting and we felt very welcome as soon as we stepped in. Flávio served my boyfriend and was swift and professional. Jo answered my questions about the wine they had to offer and the selection was good. I chose the Shiraz, Jo was quick to get me a glass (plastic and also brought my drink to the table. Thankyou so much for serving us our first (won’t be the last!!! drinks on our first holiday together, it won’t be our last holiday either!

Lovely friendly staff arrived early for our flight, plenty of seats and speedy service served by Anna time to relax and have a wine

Just finished my shift as cabin crew at LBA and all I wanted was an iced latte! Although you don’t have it on the menu Zarin went out of her way and accomodate my request! She literally made my day after a 14hours shift!

Gui and Jo were incredibly friendly and helpful. The service was excellent, and the café was clean and well-equipped. They offered to heat my snack and bring it to my table, which saved me the hassle of managing my luggage. I couldn't have asked for more!
