Mcdonald's - Leeds

I ordered some Mcnuggets, a Filet o Fish and a large fry, got rang up and watched 86 Hi C drinks pile up for over $100, then got rang up for 2 Big Macs and a 6 piece. Cleared that up then had a McCrispy added on... Finally got the order right and drove around. Asked for extra sweet and sour sauce, which I also asked for when I ordered. Got home to find 2 packets of BBQ sauce, not even enough for a 20 piece nugget, and the wrong sauce. Nuggets were old and cold, fries extra soggy, fish sandwiches were decent. I guess you can't expect care and accuracy from employees when the company pays its employees poverty wages. I barely eat at McDonalds anymore anyway, so this will be my last time, unless I'm just starving and there are zero other options for food.

I couldn’t pick up my food because the 2 older and overweight ladies that were supposed to be working the store tonight stopped helping customers and just hide in the back at 8pm. They wouldn’t answer anyone in the drive thru after a long car line waited for over 15-20 minutes. I drove around to the pick up window and got a very long video of the employees laughing and trying to hide around a corner until one walked out and then hung her head because I caught her. I will be calling corporate on them first thing tomorrow morning! They need to lose their jobs for acting like this.

I’m warning everyone. This place is dangerous. I got the worst case of food poisoning from them. I had to be hospitalized and on antibiotics. BEWARE.

So they will get your order wrong at times so make sure you look at the screen or ask the person at the first window exactly what you had. Sometimes you can tell someone new is cooking because the taste changes from day to day with the same food..

I ordered here around 3:45 pm on a Sunday afternoon and my burger fries were fresh and tasty. Customer service was great, employees were very friendly.
