Przekaż informację zwrotnąSat there for 20 mins and no one came on the mic to take out order. finally we pulled around to the 2nd window and the lady starts taking the person behind us order over the mic. she told us she couldn’t take our order and had to go back around and closed the window. Horrible customer service and we shouldn’t have to sit there waiting for 20 mins to take our order when there was no one in the parking lot and no one in line in front of us.
If I could leave zero I would. Horrible staff attitude. Don't order pickup in the lobby, they'll tell you they only have one or two people and force you to go through the drive thru. Defeating the purpose of ordering pick up, resulting in waiting anyway. Overall zero stars
Ordered online with a 2 hour lead time. Still had to wait 20 minutes past my pick up time for just three meals. Service was lacking. Took about three minutes to even be acknowledged. And I don't know how it's possible to get that much grease in a chicken thigh. Nuggets and mashed potatoes are about the only items good here.
I ordered $50 worth of chicken tonight and asked for 2 honey mustards. The lady at the drive thru responded by saying “we charge for that”. I had to do a separate transaction because I had already paid for my order. That is absolutely ridiculous and I will go to Jacks next time. Every time I go thru this KFC I feel like I am inconveniencing the employees even if I am the only one in the store. Do better!
This place should be Ashamed I stopped after work to get dinner for my family I live in pellcity so I knew there wouldn't be anything open when I got home they didn't give me any sauce I had to walk in and get that when I got home there was 2 slaws and no fries in my meal the chicken was so Soggy that what was supposed to be crust was white and wet ....when I called to see if I could come back to maybe have it remade no one would answer the phone ..very disappointed
