Shanghai Garden Restaurant - Leduc

OK we went last Friday and it was good food we went home and no swollen joints which is a sure sign for me whether MSG is in the food. we went back tonight and I cant get to sleep because I am overdosed with MSG. I have easily drank 3 liters of water since 7pm. I dunno what they did and why the sudden change in cooking method. I had hoped they had an email so I could let them know but I'll have to call tomorrow that's how much I'm bothered. They do have a large selection to choose from and it seems fresh and It just tasted different tonight and now we know why.

Had the buffet, good selection. Went during peak time so the food was hot and plentiful. Did not try the dessert section though. They were short staffed but the staff were courteous and hard working.

There egg rolls really suck they're home made and are extremely greasy and fattening. Everything else rocks their lemon chicken is grand.

Food was too cold. Some of the dishes were over spiced. Lighting is not the greatest, We will not be going back.

Food is tasty and replenished often. Fairly large selection. Seating is not that comfortable. Good change from burgers and pizza. Small desert section. Buffet is better pricing than ordering from menu
