McDonald's - Leduc

They forgot my order and I waited 20 mins for a big Mac and some mcnuggets... had to go and talk to manager... not best visit I've had... but they did look busy. Manager gave me a free burger... great soloution.. I am a happy customer.

This McDonalds is not great. If I could give zero stars I would. June 2nd 2022 visit our buns were hard and stale, fries were old from hours ago bottom of the bag without a doubt. There’s no phone number to call either. Do better McDonalds on Sparrow Drive.

Staff are always friendly, quick and ready when approaching the counter to order. The play place with the slides is ALWAYS dirty and unkempt. Tables have not once been washed clean or cleared of garbage in any of the times we have been at that location. We eat in the main restaurant then head in after but it makes me seriously wonder when the last time the play location itself wash properly washed and disinfected.

Pretty sad when a guy wearing a manager's shirt is handing out orders and still no one checks to make sure the order was correct. Would have been nice to have my Hashbrown in the meal I ordered. Guess I should be happy I actually got a straw

I went there for a super early dinner 1 am 'ish). The attendant was so friendly and helpful! He also had a great sense of humor. He truly enjoys his position and it shows! It was a great experience being served by such an enthusiastic, accommodating server. He truly cared about customer satisfaction! He should get an employee of the year award! Great meal too, and fresh/hot fries! Wonderful service.
