Jonathan's Lounge - Leduc

It's fine for grabbing a couple of drinks after work, but the VLT center detracts from the overall ambiance of the restaurant. There is a nice area separate from them where you can sit and have a relaxed conversation, but the constant noise and flashing lights from the machines are quite distracting.

I recently revisited the lounge after many years and was pleasantly surprised. I had forgotten about it, but the experience this time has made me a new regular customer. The server was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. My companion and I both ordered the steak sandwich, which was the special of the day. While I wasn't a fan of the bacon whiskey jam that accompanied it, the steak and mashed potatoes more than made up for it. The steak was a substantial and flavorful piece of meat, unlike the thin, bland versions I've encountered elsewhere. I'm glad I decided to give Jonathan's another chance after all these years, as I was not disappointed. I even returned the same evening for dinner, where I enjoyed the mini Yorkshire puddings and a few sides. The meal was satisfying and left us all full.

I placed an order on Skip the Dishes and was very impressed with the flavor and taste of the chicken fettuccine and butter chicken. I would highly recommend ordering from this restaurant. The delivery was also quick and efficient through Skip the Dishes.

Very friendly staff - we stayed in the hotel for one night where my niece was also staying so we left the twins with her for an hour while we enjoyed a night cap.

Great atmosphere! Very quiet and comfortable. Food was delish. Service was amazing. Ceaser was super yummy. The only complaint is when I sat in the taller chairs, I couldn't rest my feet on the rungs of the chair hahaha. Not sure if my legs are super short or the distance between the seat bottom and rungs is just incredibly large! Anyway, try out this lounge, you won't be disappointed.
