Bento Sushi - Leduc

The food here is typical of a food court, so the quality is quite low. The ramen was excessively salty. The service was decent, though.

I purchased a dynamite roll and salmon poke from the fridge around 14:00. Unfortunately, the nori was quite chewy, and the rice in both dishes seemed to be leftover from the previous day. If it had been fresh, I think it would have tasted much better, but that wasn’t the case during my visit. On a positive note, the staff members were very pleasant.

The woman in charge appears to be quite disorganized. There was no greeting, no communication—nothing at all. We ordered one bento and one poke, and the portions were extremely small. It felt like we hadn't eaten at all once we finished.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff was unfriendly, and the products seemed stale. Management should reconsider their hiring practices. The woman who served us yesterday had no customer service skills whatsoever. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had at any establishment. I would give it one star, and that feels too generous. I won't be coming back!

While I was heading to the restroom in the food court, I noticed a woman preparing sushi. I saw her tasting the filling by putting it in her mouth, all while she continued to make the sushi rolls. To be honest, this doesn't strike me as a safe food handling practice. I just wanted to bring it to your attention.
