Wendy's - Lebanon

Cold food. No smile. Got a have a nice day but could have been better. Could have been worse too. It's Wendy's, hit or miss.

Come here often. Food is wrong every once in awhile but that’s typical for fast food. Service is usually pretty fast and friendly and they do fix their mistakes no problem.

Vegetarian options: Very limited selection, most will have to be customized to make them vegan. I don't even understand why someone would choose this type of diet unless it's for medical reasons. It's unhealthy and lacking in many essential nutrients and minerals.

The chicken on the salad was a bit dry. I usually love Wendy's salads so that was a surprise.

A lady went to hand me change and put it on a dollar bill and turned to talk to people behind her and I hadn’t realized she had done that rather than hand me the change separately so it fell on the ground she walked off telling people she didn’t know what or why I did that and that I dropped it. I was so irritated I called up there to talk to a manager and she was the manger. She tried arguing I told her I get mistakes happen but I don’t appreciate her walking off blaming me when she wasn’t paying attention. She told me she can’t focus on one thing at a time and ended up cutting me off when I was on the phone her
