Its very good food made from scratch so it takes a while to get food. But it is very good. And they have wine and outdoor seating.

Good ,relatively quick service. Service was kind of slow. Had the barbecue chicken pizza, it was pretty good

The person who served us at the register was belligerent and openly stated more than once in her stupor that this was her second day!? The good...we waited 25 minutes AFTER the stated ready time, to get par cooked pasta, minimal ingredients otherwise and not enough sauce to even cover the pasta. $100 to feed 4, I expect better and sincerely HOPE the owners OTHER restaurant is not CALLED a THAI establishment with ITALIAN COOKS...like the two THAI cooks making ITALIAN at Villagio 's. Sub par food, worse service. Minimal serving and burnt breadsticks, what less could one ask for their family? Do NOT waste your time, they obviously don 't want return business. Here we are, a week after one of the worst Italian restaurant experiences of my 54 years, no reply AT ALL from the owners, not that ANY of their negative reviews got anything but excuses, no offer of another meal to make up even. Very generic response to negative reviews. Gracious as can be for positives... You judge. My op... AVOID this place. Ok. Perhaps the cooks were not Thai I did not ask but IF they had Italian in their bloodline...it was FAR from FULL blooded. And even now, 2 weeks since, I got an explanation, but no offer of even a discount for a return visit and chance at redemption. Nope. I know other places for Italian I don 't toss over half of my money into the GARBAGE.

The food here is really good, however, the service is unbearably slow. I went once two years ago and once yesterday and even within a two year difference there was no difference in the speed of the service. Two years ago we were there for over two hours when it didn’t seem to busy and waited 20 ish minutes to be greeted and the rest of the time was just waiting on food and getting a refill for drinks was nearly impossible. Then when I went yesterday we sat for 15-20 minutes and did not get greeted so we left and went and got food somewhere else. It was so disappointing especially with giving it another try two years later because the food is so amazing! They seem to always be understaffed, and as an employer I completely understand that you cannot control people not showing up for work, but seating people and not even greeting them for long periods of time instead of putting them on wait I feel like only causes frustration. I was just so hungry and so excited to try the food again. Hopefully one day if I decide to go back service picks up!

Michelle is personable and fun! What a great place to eat and drink. The atmosphere is unique and warmlove this place !!
