Sharky's Pizza - Lebanon

I used to frequent this restaurant until they hired a new chef, however, I decided to give it another try recently during a road trip and was disappointed to find that my pizza was burned. Unfortunately, they have lost my business for good now.

The food is consistently excellent at this restaurant. I have never been disappointed. The service is top-notch!

At one point, this restaurant had good service and really delicious food. I ordered two large cheeseburger subs. Despite the cold weather, there was no excuse for the burgers to arrive cold with soggy lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles - especially since I live nearby. The person I spoke with on the phone was not helpful at all. He acknowledged that the order was not made correctly but kept giving excuses. If the burgers had been warm, I would not have had to call and complain. This was the first time I was so disappointed that I ended up crying while making the complaint.

A 1/2 meat lover and 1/2 veggie pizza tonight, with cheesesticks and chicken fingers ordered. the food was delivered within 30 minutes, was very hot and the whole meal was great. well done sharkys.

Ordered off of the slice app. Pizza was really great and got delivered quickly.
