Had me sitting at the speaker for 10 mins without responding back. I called in just in case I didn’t pick up on the speaker for them to say give them a min and sat for another 5-10 mins without anyone taking my order Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered fill up box with original coating. Received 3 original and one crispy. Was to include 4 sauces. There were none in the box. Box was not as appeared on the site. Everything was jumbled together. When I called for the sauces was told I could come and pick them up. I ordered delivery but am supposed to come to get the sauces?? When I reported it to door dash was first told they could redeliver then was told no redelivery was possible. Door dash said they would give me a partial refund. KFC had poor customer service and they obviously do not check the orders before going out the door
