Jack In The Box - Lebanon

Okay I won't lie. I've been disappointed by this Jack in the Box location a few times. It's hard to get fast food wrong, you know?But I'll be damned if their new spicy chicken sandwich (ultimate edition) wasn't the best chicken sandwich I've had from ANY fast food location in YEARS. The cooks working on Christmas really knocked it out of the park. Good freakin' job guys.

I'm pretty sure a $7+ salad should come with salad dressing.

Worst experience in my life. Ordered food told to pull oround to the front to get my food. No issue long line. So ok. But then I waited 20min still no food watch them hand out order after order in the drive thru people that ordered after me.After 20min of my when to ask got I'm sorry and I just asked for my money back. Worst customer service ever

The staff were willing to help me with my order. Really professional and went the extra mile to make sure my experience was exceptional! Awesome job!

On this particular day I used the mobile app to order ahead. When I got there I'm pretty sure it was after 10:00 a.m. and may have been 19, there are no open lights on and the drive-through was completely dark. I ended up calling the store and speaking to someone who said they had not had time to turn the signs back on yet. And also went there at 10:00 at night to order before work and was told that everybody was on break and they couldn't take my order at that moment. And it made me leave the drive-thru completely. Probably the worst ran place I have ever known
