This quiet little restaurant in downtown Leavenworth is perfect for a quick Italian lunch. We had a big group, about 12 of us, and they still managed to get us in and out in under an hour. For starters, their homemade bread, served alongside some dipping oil was to die for! Looking off of the lunch menu, Luigi's offers several choices all under $10. My lasagna was pretty good and came out piping hot! I would love to come back and try some of their other options for dinner.
Husband and I ordered pick up. We both got Caesar salads and the dressing was extremely sweet and we did not care for it. I got chicken Parmesan and it was dry and flavorless the spaghetti sauce on the bottom was bland. It looked and tasted like just a can of tomato sauce was added to spaghetti and nothing else. I threw the whole dish in the trash. Husband got shrimp diablo and it was just okay, nothing special or exciting. The bread rolls were very good as usual. But I am 100% confident I could have made better Italian food myself.
Called to place a to go order to eat on post and was told they can't take a To go order because they was too busy to make to go orders. Will never return here again while I'm stationed here!!!!!!!!
We came here for a work lunch. The food was mediocre, some said they really liked theirs, but I didn't think it was anything special. The dressing on my Caesar salad was sweet, I didn't like it. The best part was the bread, it was delicious. The service was slow, so if you are in a hurry, I wouldn't suggest this place, as it seemed under staffed.
