Gambino's Pizza - Leavenworth

I was at work around 9:47 PM and I was going to getting off at 10 pm. I called from my work and let the phone ring for about 2 miuntes. I hung up and waited until 9:55 PM. I called and let the phone ring for about 3 minutes and then the phone picked up and I was hung up on. I called back again and an employee named, Ryan, answered the phone he spoke to me like I was a burden for calling to order a pizza. After I gave more order for pick-up I did not get how long it would take, how much my order was, nothing I just got hung up on. Once I got off worked I figured the longest the pizza would take at this time of night would be 30 minutes. I went and rented some movies and came to pick up my pizza. I walked in and I did not see anybody in site. I waited for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The girl that helped me looked a little confused when she approached me, she asked if she could help me. I said I was here to pick up my pizza and my last name. She then told me to hold on one second. She came back and said it would be about 20 minutes. She said they lost the order. The place was dead how can you lose the order. I asked for the manager and it happened to be the individual who took my order over the phone. He aplogized and said they were having computer problems, but wouldn 't you think as dead as they were he would have remembered and told his workers to make the pizza. I said fine I will wait, but do I get a discount or anything? He said no, fine I sad. While I waited I went to the bathroom. All over the floor there was stained pee, I was digusted. After I saw how they took care of the place and the poor service I wanted to cancel my order, but I could not. For whole 20 minutes I was the only one around. When they did bring me the pizza I told the girl that I wanted to cancel my order and she just said Are serious , slammed the box down and called for Ryan. He came out and asked what the problem is. I told him of their disgusting bathroom and their lack of good service made me weary of eating their pizza and I wanted to know when the owner would be in. He just told me the owner is hardly ever there, but if he ever does come in it is after 8 PM. I called several nights, but I gave up. How can a business like this stay open?
