Dunkin' - League City

This Dunkin’ used to be my place, but it seems that her afternoon team has no customer service skills, there were times when I waited on the auto-dru speaker for 20 minutes to be helped. They always seem very rude.

A special trip for pumpkin spice donut, which was fantastic! I also filled a jelly that was dry and hard. It tasted like it had been a while since yesterday. There were also dirty tables with crumbs. The cashier inside was friendly. The black coffee was good as any simple black coffee should be.

Upon reaching the window to pay and pick up our items, we noticed that one of the three employees was idly leaning against the counter, not appearing to have anything to do. After leaving the parking lot, we checked our bag and found that two of our items were missing. Fortunately, the staff member was quick to respond when we mentioned this at the microphone, and they apologized, handing us the missing items right away at the window. However, while driving, we realized that one of the drinks tasted wrong, and the other didn’t seem to have the milk we requested. Overall, this place is a real hit or miss. Sometimes the service and food are excellent, while other times, either the service falls short or the food doesn't meet expectations.

I never have a bad experience here! I personally prefer Dunkins coffees and breakfast items that taste delicious and are a great price. Everyone is very friendly and I love my free rewards!

First time at a dunkin'Not too shabby tbh. I had heard multiple times that dunkin' wasn't very good but I thought it was great.The reason I didn't do 5 is because my order wasn't fully correct but wasn't a big deal at all and the serving sizes of the food were a bit small for the price.HOWEVER... the staff was fun and energetic and the items we ordered were very yummy.We will be visiting again when in the area.
