Lead's Own Bumpin Buffalo

This is one of the worst restaurants I've ever visited, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When I ordered a burger, I wasn't informed that it would come completely bare. When I asked for lettuce, tomato, or onion, I was told they didn't have any available. It was quite amusing to see the person next to me receive a grilled chicken breast topped with mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. I spoke with the manager about my experience, and she didn't even offer any sort of discount. I mentioned that the waiter claimed he wasn't aware the burger came without toppings, but she insisted he lied about it. Overall, it was a complete waste of $35.

The food was just okay. What I found disappointing was the way they mark up beer prices during the rally by not displaying the prices on the drink menu. It's quite unethical, in my opinion. I would recommend that all bikers avoid this place during future rallies or tours. I really dislike this practice.

During our visit to Sturgis in 2014, my wife and I stayed at the Bumpin Buffalo, and it was an AMAZING hotel. It’s rich with history and beautifully restored to reflect the Victorian era in which it was built. The hosts and owners are just as AMAZING. If you're considering a stay at the Bumpin Buffalo, I assure you it will feel like a journey back in time! And did I mention that the food is fantastic too? What an incredible place! It's gorgeous, and the owners are wonderful!

What a fantastic restaurant! We've never had a bad meal here, and we absolutely adore the decor! It's the perfect spot to stop by after snowmobiling or skiing in the winter, and in the summer, we love sitting out on the deck. The food is amazing! I highly recommend visiting this place—just make sure to call ahead if you're bringing a large group.
