I wanted a hot chocolate, got a peppermint latte. This is the 77th time this month I feel that they have messed my order up

The personal is pleasant, but when I ordered, I ordered 2 orders of the filled bagel bites and got only one order in my bag, as well as eating not warm when I got it. it was not warmed by enough so that the cream could melt, so that I just got a big bit of cold cheese. the drink they made was delicious. I'm probably just gonna stay on the drinks.

My son picked up a everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese, that was the worst breakfast sandwich I have had in my life. It was dry, 1 slice of bacon, hard egg, and barely any cheese. I can't believe what they charge you for something that should of gone in the garbage. I rather give it no stars.

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Never had a worse experience at a Dunkin establishment. What is the point of having a mobile order feature if they repeatedly ask what my order is? And somehow STILL give me the wrong food/drink. 10/10 recommend getting coffee elsewhere. Would prefer Mcdonalds coffee over this trash.

This location has a track record of staff having no idea how to do their job. I asked for a hot coffee with cream and sugar...and they forgot the sugar!
