The 4 diners all enchanted, nickel presentation all excellent. 3 pears poached on toffee bed salted butter: a treat! A totally correct Brouilly! Perfect service with 3 little ones more appreciated: 1 velvety curb of mushroom 2 no pressure to offer aperitif and intakes 3 a carafe of water served spontaneously without seeking to sell a mineral water to 8 euros as is often the case in the restaurant. One regret: not having discovered before this small address that gives great satisfaction. We'll catch up now that we know....
