One of the best touraine tables see a starred restaurant "lost" in a small village at the edge of the tower. This is very supplied with wines from all over the world, at all prices. Then the services arrive one after another, different from one table to another, without you having the mastery. It’s really the surprise!We preferred the “pressignois” menu. However, he also brings surprises, especially in the way of serving a “fresh turret” (it should be known that it is a turret given its presentation) or even a “cooked salmon trout”. Everything is perfect. the ingredients chosen to prepare these dishes are well blended together, which is not the case of some restaurants also starred. At the end of the meal we are entitled to a huge and delicious makeleine that we will finish at home. The staff is very attentive and there are no long expectations between the services. everyone seems to be at your service and it is very pleasant. really here is a table that "refers to the journey", as michelin says in its green guides.
